We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Manager. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving business growth through strategic planning and analysis.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to management and stakeholders.
- Accounting and Financial Control: Oversee accounting processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies, and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Taxation and Compliance: Manage tax planning, VAT/GST filings, and statutory requirements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and develop the finance team, allocate tasks, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Accounting or related field; ACCA/CPA certification preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in accounting, taxation, and leadership.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in ERP systems.
