
Administrative Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Procurement Specialist. As an Administrative Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, purchasing and sourcing materials, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and Sourcing: Responsible for purchasing and sourcing of materials for project site according to specification and requirements.
- Price Negotiation: Price negotiation with suppliers, vendors, and price comparison for management's approval.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other company documents.
- Monthly Claims: Prepare and submit monthly petty cash claims to account department.
- Work Pass Matters: Handling work passes matters (application, renewal, cancellation, etc).
- Company Events: Organize company events, festive gifts arrangement.
- Coordination: Coordinate closely with the Procurement, Admin & HR department.
- Filing and Documentation: Maintain proper filing and documentation system in accordance to ISO/Project Standard.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), strong attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience: Prior experience in Construction is an advantage.
