Job Overview

As a caring and dedicated educator, you will collaborate closely with our experienced team to develop engaging experiences and activities for young children. These may include songs, games, and storytelling sessions that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

  • Assist in daily care routines such as feeding, mealtime, diapering, toileting, bathing, washing, sleeping, and napping, providing a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized space by disinfecting toys and resources, ensuring a healthy and hygienic atmosphere.
  • Document observations of children during activities and help with documentation tasks, tracking progress and milestones.
  • Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with parents and students, building trust and fostering open communication.
  • Ensure a secure and inclusive environment where children feel comfortable and supported, promoting their overall well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold a certificate related to early childhood education (e.g., Fundamental Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education), demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Have relevant work experience as an assistant teacher in a preschool setting, showcasing your ability to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.
