**Job Title:** Director of Regional Energy Strategy

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for the Africa region to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of relevant laws, policies, market trends, and competitive situations in the energy storage industry, local markets, and power grid policies.
  • Lead the development of regional sales strategies, regularly report on sales progress and market analysis, ensuring compliance with local laws and standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, expand market channels, and enhance brand visibility through promotional activities.
  • Collect project information, screen, reserve, and follow up on regional energy storage power station projects, identifying feasibility and opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs, master key project information, cooperate with solutions, products, delivery, and output project solutions, reaching cooperation agreements with customers.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure timely, quality, and quantity delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional marketing strategy development and execution.
  • In-depth market research and analysis.
  • Sales strategy development and reporting.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Project feasibility assessment and coordination.
  • Cooperation agreement negotiation and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the energy storage industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
