  • Building a high-performance Solutions team in APAC.","
  • Fostering innovation, thought leadership, and best-practice sharing.","
  • Leading and coaching the Solutions team based on industry and regional market trends.","
  • Creating and maintaining an opportunity support plan for existing and new accounts.","

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • ","
  • 10 to 15+ years of experience with Energy Modeling and Power Market Analysis.","
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar industry position.","
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience working with PLEXOS or similar simulation software tool.","
  • Demonstrated experience in building fundamental energy models including Electricity Markets, Gas Systems, Renewable Energy, and emerging technologies like Hydrogen and Ammonia.","
  • Strong delivery record on projects in net-zero, decarbonization and solutions for new energy technologies.","
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.","
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages is beneficial.","
  • High level of emotional intelligence.","
  • Advanced knowledge of energy markets and associated economics.","
  • Ability to communicate complex subject matter in an easy-to-understand manner.","
  • Top-down problem-solving approach with the ability to see the big picture.","
  • Strong interpersonal presence and ability to build rapport.","
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.","
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.","
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a focus on quality.","
  • Sense of urgency for individual, team and region goal achievement.","
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, energy economics, operations research or mathematics.","
  • Master's or PhD in a relevant field would be desirable but is not essential.","
