Job Overview
  • This position is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing talent acquisition and development, and contributing to a positive work environment through excellent support services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on policies and procedures, as well as assist in performance management and employee development programs.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment, create effective onboarding plans, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and working conditions laws.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or administrator, with knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS is highly valued.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, social studies, or a related field; additional training or certifications are desirable.
