Sales Administration Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Officer to join our team at M1. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for our prepaid sales and SIM inventory management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for prepaid sales and SIM inventory management teams
- Assist in ad-hoc marketing programs and coordinate with M1 shop staff
- Collaborate with the finance department to process payments, invoices, and receipts
- Resolve customers' and retailers' business and account administration requirements
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
