Office Administrative Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrative professional to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the President & Managing Director, including travel coordination, email management, and expense claim processing.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including day-to-day tasks, maintenance, and new staff onboarding.
  • Develop and implement administrative initiatives to improve processes and products.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to conduct clearance for exiting employees and ensure a smooth handover of office equipment and information.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in office administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience with office machines and equipment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
