Role Overview:

The Sales Administrator will provide vital support to sales teams throughout the region, managing important administrative sales tasks and serving as a point of contact for customers with queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales agendas and provide product, promotion, and pricing information to customers.
  • Deal with SPR/ITF requests and follow-up on SQL requests.
  • Update customer records in the company database and manage point-of-sale processes.
  • Accurately describe basic product features and benefits, and follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' sales support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and proficiency in Salesforce platform.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, and proficiency in English.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, customer service focus, and friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
