Restaurant Cook

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and presentation, as well as excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare restaurant for opening and closing, ensuring that all equipment is clean and ready for service.
  • Sort and prepare orders according to kitchen SOPs, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Operate cooking stations efficiently, including deep fryer, water boiler, and induction cooking station.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
Requirements:
  • Bilingualism (basic Chinese and English) is preferred, but not required.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making every guest feel welcome.
  • Positive, energetic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Flexible and able to multitask, with a willingness to pitch in where needed.
  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not essential – we offer training to enthusiastic individuals.
  • Food hygiene certificate is an asset.
