Administrative Coordinator for Financial Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator for Financial Services to join our team at Right-Space Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating accounting policies and strategies, financial and management accounting, costing, taxation, and all finance-related matters.
- Prepare financial reports and support the year-end close process.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive financial information.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with the accountant for accounting matters, performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document management, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least STPB/UEC/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Proficient with accounting software AutoCount and proficient in MS-Office.
- Able to multitask and work independently, with a positive attitude.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
