Cyber Security Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team at RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Cyber Security projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to prepare tender submissions, ensuring technical and commercial inputs are accounted for and consulted with stakeholders.
  • Work with procurement to ensure alignment with organizational policies.
  • Manage tender works, providing directions on planning, execution, review, and selection of suitable tender responses.
  • Ensure completeness of scope of work, agreed timeline, and instil baseline quality standards for tenders/projects.
  • Coordinate vendor presentations, formulate risk matrices, and conduct regular status reporting.
  • Evaluate potential risks in tenders/projects and escalate to stakeholders with risk mitigation in place.
  • Justify and prepare measurement of business value of tenders/projects to align with strategic outcomes for the Cyber Security roadmap.
  • Ensure renewal of projects, submission of new projects, and tracking/reporting of projects are conducted regularly.
  • Track and ensure projects are executed according to project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall models.
  • Prepare and conduct project/tender post-mortems for education and corrective purposes.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and ensure management reporting are factually correct as of reporting date and may be required to present to management.
  • Work with various stakeholders for collation, verification, and validation of reporting metrics.
Requirements:
  • Degree in IT or related fields, with 5-7 years relevant working experience in project management and management reporting.
  • Expert knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude with drive, initiative, enthusiasm, and a keen sense of urgency in resolving high-priority issues.
  • Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
