Job Title: Business Systems Leader

As a Business Systems Leader, you will lead the implementation of D365 projects across various business units. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including project managers, IT leaders, and vendors.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Project Management: Lead the implementation of D365 projects from start to finish.
2. Business Operations: Oversee accounting and logistics processes, ensuring seamless integration with Navision and D365 systems.
3. Organizing Business Requirements: Gather requirements from daily operations, legal considerations, and future needs; prioritize with project members.
4. Organizing Business Transition: Coordinate with IT vendors, support transition design, promote transition tasks, and ensure quality management.
5. Risk Control: Identify risks, prepare countermeasures, and collaborate with key persons to improve situations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of Navision and D365 systems, as well as their integration with peripheral systems and interfaces.
