Roles & Responsibilities
**Business Leader / Director, Business Control Jobs Description**

Ø Effectively establish goals, sales targets, and policies that will benefit the organization and increase revenue.

Ø Work with departmental heads to outline procedures that will meet growth objectives while integrating with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans

Ø Participates in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities required to achieve desired competitive positioning.

Ø Analyse and shoulder financial statements and audit summaries to oversee the organization’s financial and budgetary activities, in order to make recommendations for improvement and ensuring it is consistent with overall strategic objectives.

Ø Identify Cost-Cutting Measures, as part of the statement and sales report analysis, Business Leader is responsible for finding ways to cut costs and improve financial performance through finding a more efficient system for different departments or looking at policies to find ways to cut back on expenditure.

Ø Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage good business relations and networking for future contract opportunities.

Ø Partner and participate in customer troubleshooting calls and incident root causes analysis workgroups.

Ø Provides strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation and support of IT systems that fulfil the needs of the business, including the full life cycle of technical architecture, infrastructure engineering, infrastructure operations and IT service support.

Ø Directs the development of sourcing strategy and provides executive oversight for strategic vendor and partner relationship management.

**Business Leader / Director, Business Control Requirements**

v Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

v Proven track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and overachievement against targets

v Experience and demonstrated capability in leading an IT transformational initiative in fast changing, complex and dynamic work environment

v 5+ years in quota carrying software sales (preferably in a SaaS environment), with proven consistent track record achievement as an individual contributor

v 5+ years management experience in a forward-progressing technology sales environment which includes managing managers and teams

v Ability to demonstrate effective lead and meet business objectives in highly collaborative and high-performance work environment flexibly.
