System Architect Leader

Job Description:

The System Architect Leader is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of IT systems. This role focuses on ensuring the effective management of technical infrastructure and the delivery of high-quality solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing system architectures that align with business objectives
  • Mentoring and guiding team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of IT systems through regular monitoring and maintenance
  • Leading by example and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in IT system administration and architecture
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware and Nutanix
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as software-defined networking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to identify and develop corrective action plans to address technical issues
