Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Finance Specialist to ensure smooth operations and maintain accurate records. This role is crucial for processing company payments, managing financial bookkeeping, processing invoices, and sourcing vendors for building projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents with precision.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing tasks as needed.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Contribute to the onboarding of new employees and training programs.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Sengkang Trading Enterprise offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
