Finance and Administrative Specialist

About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Specialist to join our team at Clarity Singapore Limited. As a key member of our finance and human resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining Financial Records:
- Assist in managing financial data, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Finance Administration:
- Process staff claims and payment vouchers, reconcile bank statements, track and report company expenses, and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Human Resources Administration:
- Manage employee records, support recruitment processes, provide payroll assistance, administer employee benefits, and ensure HR compliance with legal requirements.
- General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support by managing office supplies, organizing meetings, handling communications, and maintaining filing systems.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, HR, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and HR software (e.g., Justlogin).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR processes and financial principles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
