Finova CAS PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrative Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in handling KYC document submissions, providing finance support, and managing various administrative tasks.

This position is essential in maintaining the efficiency of our KYC, financial, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and assist in reconciling accounts
  • Process invoices, expenses reports, and purchase orders
  • KYC Submission - Fill in KYC/account opening form, liaise with stakeholders to arrange and maintain all KYC documents
  • Review and update invoices to the internal invoice management system
Requirements
  • Graduate or equivalent education in Finance or related field
  • Prior KYC experience would be advantageous
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Good hands-on experience working on MS Office, PDF, and web drives such as Google Drive and Google Calendar
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 40,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
