We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Package Quality & Reliability organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering best-in-class package quality and reliability across high-volume semiconductor products.
Main Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality and reliability challenges during the design and development phase.
- Develop and execute comprehensive package reliability qualification and monitoring plans in manufacturing.
- Drive continuous improvement in test coverage with a focus on varying use conditions.
- Manage global lab operations and optimize department performance.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of subject matter experts.
The successful candidate must have at least 20 years of experience in high-value/high-volume semiconductor packaging/assembly engineering and/or manufacturing, with a minimum of 10 years in a global leadership role. Substantial experience in managing large-scale organizations is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
