We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead our quality excellence initiative.

  • This role involves ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality assurance functions to ensure compliance with customer requirements and maintain a robust quality management system.
  • Review and revise quality procedures and control instructions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate our quality system, products, and processes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform vendors' and on-site audits as required to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems and NADCAP.
