Job Title: Senior Executive, Quality Assurance

Description:

The Senior Executive, Quality Assurance is responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System within an organization. This involves ensuring that all quality-related processes are in place, effective, and continuously improving.

The role requires preparation and submission of regular quality reports, as well as monitoring and follow-up on key performance indicators. Collaboration with process owners to establish root cause analysis and problem-solving action plans for customer complaints, feedback, or quality issues is also essential.

Additionally, the Senior Executive, Quality Assurance will promote company Quality Initiatives, programs, and implementation, while participating in Company Business Continuity Plan, Emergency Preparedness Plan, Crisis Management, and Control. Conducting Quality Awareness and Orientation program, performing internal audits, and developing Quality Auditor training based on quality requirements are also part of the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or professional degree in any field
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the QA profession
  • Proficient in English and Chinese languages (writing and speaking) for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Experience in implementing ISO 9001:2015 QMS; knowledge of ISO 22000 / 13485 / 22000 and GDP advantageous
  • Regional exposure experience beneficial
  • Mature and independent work style required
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills essential
  • Strong communication and presentation skills necessary
  • Familiarity with SPC, QC 7 Tool, or problem-solving techniques desired
  • Singaporean citizenship or relevant residence status mandatory
