Experienced Facilities Manager Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and effective.
- Coordinating and controlling in-house teams and subcontractors;
- Managing emergency repairs, breakdowns, and troubleshooting;
- Oversight of building management contracts to ensure service delivery and contractual obligations are met;
- Providing technical support and assistance where necessary;
- Acting as the coordination point between various subcontractors and vendors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Evaluating and implementing health and safety protocols;
- Managing works such as preparing progress reports, certification of work completed, and variation orders;
- Assisting with day-to-day property operations;
- Carrying out periodic and statutory inspections and providing management reports;
- Managing customer service-related issues and responding to tenants, staff, or members of the public in a timely and professional manner;
- Providing office management functions, support services, and administrative support to senior leadership.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A degree from a recognized tertiary institution in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities operations, preferably in a FM service provider environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication abilities;
- A good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts;
- Facilities management certifications (e.g., FSM, SCEM) are an asset.
