Are you looking for a challenging role that involves driving performance-cycle execution and ensuring timely feedback?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Performance Development Specialist, where you will play a key role in adapting global performance frameworks to local needs.
You will be responsible for setting goals, defining evaluation criteria, and managing cadence. You will also drive performance-cycle execution, ensure timely feedback, and data-driven application.
In addition, you will co-develop and roll out local bonus, spot-bonus, and special-grant programmes, aligned with global policy.
You will manage payout workflows, track documentation, and close the performance-to-reward loop.
You will map local training needs to global curriculum; design and implement custom courses.
You will establish end-to-end processes for needs analysis, delivery, and evaluation; report on ROI.
You will localise job-grade structures and promotion criteria; coordinate annual promotion cycles and talent reviews.
You will produce policy guides, process flows, and evaluation templates to ensure transparency.
You will draft and maintain local OD/HR policy documents, process maps, and SOPs.
Candidates should have a diploma in HR Management or equivalent and at least 3 years of related experience in a relevant position.
IHRP/SHRM-CP certification is an advantage.
