- Support the Teaching Team with deployment, timetabling, and relief teaching duties.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including preparation of invoices and other documents.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at the centre.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Office, and other technology platforms.
- Able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quick reactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Professional attire and speech are essential to represent the company as an English and Writing specialist.
- Flexible schedule with a minimum of 1 fixed weekend commitment per week.
- Weekdays: 1pm - 10pm, Weekend: 8:30am - 6:30pm.
- Working days will be assigned based on candidates' experience and company needs.
