Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate at IVI Aesthetic PTE. LTD., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on providing accurate and timely information to patients and potential clients across various communication channels. This includes handling inquiries, assisting with appointment scheduling, and collaborating with the operations team to address customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage incoming calls, messages, and inquiries via email, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
2. Deliver high-quality customer service by providing comprehensive information about IVI Aesthetic treatments and products.
3. Assist customers in scheduling appointments, making changes to appointments, and providing reminders.
4. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer queries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
5. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
6. Record customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
1. Proven customer support experience or experience in the beauty services industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
4. Strong presentation and phone handling skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
