Human Resource Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, excluding payroll.

  • Reports directly to the Group HR Director.
  • Liaises with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Manages recruitment cycles from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Provides coaching and development opportunities to support employee performance management.
  • Serves as a liaison between employees and management to foster positive working relationships.
  • Maintains accurate records of employee training needs and progress.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office applications is also required.

Familiarity with employment legislation and regulations is essential for this position, including knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of employment legislation and regulations effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
