Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and training to compensation and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
The Human Resource Generalist will have the following key responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: source, screen, interview, and select candidates for open positions.
  • Training and Development: design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Compensation and Benefits: administer salary, bonuses, stock options, and other forms of compensation, as well as manage benefits packages.
  • Payroll Processing: accurately process payrolls, ensuring timely payment and compliance with statutory requirements.

Daily Office Administration
The successful candidate will also oversee daily office administration, including setting up and maintaining office systems, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing facilities management and service coordination.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a recognized degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with a minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience. They should also have good knowledge of Employment Act, HR practices, and regulations, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
