We are seeking a skilled Contract Executive to join our team. As a key member of the Consumer GI Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our stakeholders in Underwriting, Policy Servicing and Claims processing.
">- Assess and negotiate settlement of General Insurance claims within approved delegated authority limits.
- Ensure prompt, fair, and reasonable claims settlement of claims.
- Liase with external service providers such as surveyors, loss adjusters or assistance companies where necessary.
- Be vigilant and escalate suspicious cases for further investigation.
