To handle vehicle accident claims and be able to understand, communicate and negotiate with parties involved in representing the cases.
An analytical mind and good understanding of the vehicle claims process is required to negotiate a positive outcome for our client.
To monitor and review pending claims and closure of claims in a timely manner
To be familiar with the case details, repair cost estimate, costing and finalisation to ensure the reasonableness for the acceptance of settlement.
To provide and enhance prompt customer service as well as to attend to customers’ enquiry and complaints.
A team player mindset is required to assist / handle areas such as vehicle assessment, accident reporting, and related duties as required by the management
To handle all administration in the department, prepare & submit monthly reports for the department.
At least 2 years of automotive experience in the area of insurance claims is an advantage.
