Singapore AGAPE PLUS PTE. LTD. Full time

As a **Claims Executive **, you will assist the Claims Manager with in-patient and out-patient medical claims for corporate clients. The role will also assist in resolving the issues and participating in activities within Claims Section as well as providing day-to-day support in management of claims partners.

You will be responsible for:

- Different facets of claims processing as assigned,
- Management of claims to ensure timely processing,
- Adjudicate medical claims with accuracy and approve claims that are within given authority limit,
- Ensure all queries are timely responded,
- Work closely with insurers/corporate clients/customers on claims matters/enquiries/complaints.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements/ Qualification**
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- CGI and Health Insurance Certification is a must.
- Willing to learn new skills/ knowledge
- Self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility.
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving skill.
- Good team player and service oriented.
