  • Planning and scheduling jobs daily
  • Maintaining accurate records of cargo movements and vehicle maintenance
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with the Senior Manager to investigate incidents/accidents
  • Preparing and submitting reports as required
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the operations team

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary school education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to read and write in English
  • Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including night shifts
  • 5.5 days work week & OT applicable
