Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in contracts administration and quantity surveying. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and be able to monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with project timelines.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Contract Specialist to lead our team in the analysis and evaluation of quotations for subcontractors and suppliers. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the quantity surveying team in contracts administration.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and monitor their performance.
- Advise on equitable adjustments, contract disputes, and claims.
- Prepare and monitor project cost budgets and cash flow.
- Collaborate closely with the project team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in construction project administration.
- Experience working in Singapore Consultant Companies is preferred.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Essential knowledge of budgeting and project cost control.
- Strong command of English.
