
Weekend Reception Position

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Weekend Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support at our centers across Singapore. This part-time position requires work on both Saturday and Sunday, with specific working hours from 8:30am to 6pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome students, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and provide information or transfer calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Monitor and maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization.
- Assist visitors with inquiries, directions, and information about our training programs.
- Register new students and provide them with necessary materials and information.
- Maintain visitor sign-in and sign-out records.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Support the coordination of training sessions and events happening during the weekends.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Manage the weekend schedule, including class timings, breaks, and any special events.
- Communicate any changes in the schedule to relevant staff members and students.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
- Resolve minor issues and concerns or escalate them to the appropriate team members.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience in administration, customer service, and scheduling.
