About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Artist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the food preparation process, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall leadership of kitchen operations, procurement and selection of ingredients, preparation and presentation of dishes according to established specifications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Directing kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation
  • Inspecting and selecting high-quality ingredients
  • Preparing and presenting dishes according to recipes and company standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Coordinating with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in western cuisine
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with kitchen appliances and equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
