About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in food preparation and presentation, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience working as a Demi Chef or in a similar role within a catering or hospitality environment.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients, with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure setting.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
