YSQ INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Admin to lead the establishment and management of key administrative functions at our Senegal office.

Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of SGD 120,000 per annum for this role, which includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in office management, including HR, SCM, and IT
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a start-up or international setting

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, extensive experience in administrative operations, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with HQ and the Managing Director to establish and operationalize the Senegal office
  • Developing and implementing office policies, procedures, and standards to ensure smooth operations
  • Overseeing the procurement of office equipment, supplies, and facilities management
  • Overseeing HR policies and frameworks aligned with local labor laws and company policies
