A leading construction company seeks an experienced Administration Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our office.

Salary: SGD 8,000 - SGD 10,000 per month

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and support to the administrative staff, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.
* Budget Management: Manage financial resources for office supplies, equipment, and services, maintaining fiscal discipline and prudence.
* Operational Efficiency: Coordinate and implement processes to optimize administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Event Coordination: Organize and manage office events, meetings, and training sessions, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
* Database Maintenance: Ensure the integrity and security of company databases and records, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.
* Health and Safety: Develop and maintain effective health and safety protocols, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Candidate Profile: An experienced Administration Manager with a proven track record in leading administrative teams, managing budgets, and implementing operational improvements.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications, with excellent data entry and analytical skills.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
* Education and Certifications: A degree in Business Administration or a related field, with relevant certifications in administration, finance, or human resources.
