Job Description:As a key member of the regional marketing team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth across Asia Pacific. This is an exciting opportunity to transform our business and create new opportunities with innovative marketing plans.
- Pioneering strategic partnerships with affiliate businesses and the global marketing team to develop groundbreaking marketing initiatives.
- Fueling business expansion by analyzing consumer insights and exploring new market opportunities.
- Building and enhancing marketing capabilities within the organization to drive success.
- Leveraging cross-functional teams to execute APAC strategy and double our business size.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting comprehensive plans to support sales growth for product portfolios, focusing on current and emerging markets.
- Ensuring commercial success for assigned brands through collaborative efforts with affiliates.
- Bolstering a marketing-driven mindset within APAC EPD, centered around patients and customers.
- Mobilizing project and marketing plans for new product introductions from both internal and external sources.
- Success metrics include delivering sales against plan numbers, efficient promotional budget utilization, and improved market share of brands across therapeutic areas.
- Designing and managing insights-driven brand plans for APAC EPD, involving stakeholders as needed to address issues, identify trends, and outline execution steps.
- Executing annual and long-term marketing plans across APAC, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Reviewing, challenging, and executing affiliate marketing plans effectively.
- Designing, planning, and organizing key regional marketing programs for brands, incorporating digital and multichannel customer engagement.
- Implementing mechanisms to monitor and assess marketing program execution, adapting plans and tactics accordingly.
- Leading regional launch plans and optimizing promotional support budget utilization.
- Providing commercial input for NPD business case evaluation (clinical development and Licensing & Acquisitions).
- Leveraging market insight and research programs for key brands to answer critical questions posed by the brand to meet unmet needs.
- Developing capability-building initiatives across the region for launching new BGx and marketing BGx.
- Collaborating with sales teams and reinforcing portfolio selling and category management.
- Sharing best practices across affiliates and representing Asia in Divisional/Global Marketing forums.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
- +8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with regional expertise preferred.
- Local experience in APAC, ideally with at least 1 year in sales alongside marketing.
- Familiarity with the APAC pharmaceutical market.
- Experience in cardiology, CNS, respiratory therapeutic areas is a plus.
- Fresh thinking that showcases innovation and ambition, with a keen interest in challenging the status quo to transform the business.
- Agility and clear communication skills to influence various stakeholders effectively.
