Our organization is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join its Treasury and Markets Projects/Enhancements team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements from stakeholders, including facilitating workshops. They will also analyze and validate these requirements, translating them into detailed specification documents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering business requirements from stakeholders
- Facilitating workshops
- Analyzing and validating requirements
- Translating requirements into detailed specification documents
- Ensuring proper traceability of requirements
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing and reviews
- Driving resolutions for encountered issues
The successful candidate will have at least 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong business and technical subject matter knowledge. They should also have experience working on Treasury & Markets related projects and/or API projects.
Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to manage projects independently. Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
Required skills and qualifications:
- At least 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong business and technical subject matter knowledge
- Understanding of multi-asset class products; FX, Bonds, FXO, Equity Derivatives preferred
- Experience working on Treasury & Markets related projects and/or API projects
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
