We currently seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to be based in Singapore.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Treasury, accountabilities include:
- Support execution of syndicated real estate financings in the Asia region, both development and investment financing, and independently handle less complex funding transactions across loans and bonds.- Preparation of analyses, written presentations and approval proposals to senior management and the Board on transactions and/or other initiatives.- Coordinate responses and communication with banks and investors for due diligence, credit review and consent approvals.- Support the Regional Head of Treasury and wider Treasury team in the strategic management of the regional funding task.- Responsible for day-to-day management of regional debt portfolio, hedging and reporting.- Support implementation of treasury projects, risk management plans and covenant monitoring.

To be a success in this role it is desirable to have:
- Undergraduate qualifications in economics, finance, accounting or business.- Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in real estate development and investment financing in a bank, real estate fund or corporate treasury.- Experience in APLMA loan documentation and ISDA negotiations.- Critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task and operate in ambiguous situations and a highly motivated self-starter.- Strong attention to detail, financial modelling, analytical & problem-solving skills.- Fluency in written & spoken Business Mandarin with experience in conducting and negotiating legal documents in Mandarin an advantage.
