**Job Summary**: Our client is a developer and investor in the Industrial/ Logistics sector and provides flexible and innovative customer-focused solutions for specialty commercial and industrial real-estate development and investment. They are looking to hire a Senior analyst, Treasury in their Singapore office.

**Responsibilities**
Manage cash flow, including forecasting cash needs, optimizing cash balances, and ensuring sufficient cash liquidity for entities under the venture fund, projects and operating platform.

Coordinate capital call requirements and ensure timely communications to investors.

Coordinate loan drawdown requirements and oversee drawdown process, working closing with the lenders.

Ensure timely servicing of loan repayments.

Monitor compliance with loan covenants, and handle KYC or other queries from lenders.

Liaise with corporate secretary on share subscription matters.

Manage credit control, credit line usage.

Manage treasury operations, controls, interest and currency risks.

Coordinate with overseas colleagues to streamline cash flows across entities or accounts and optimize working capital.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual cash flow reports to management and investors.

Develop and maintain Treasury related policies and procedures.

Support the development of automated processes and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Assist on ad-hoc Finance and Treasury related tasks and projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification in Accounting or Finance

At least 7 years of relevant experience in finance and treasury, corporate finance, or a similar role.

Preferably possess experience in an asset management company.

Strong knowledge of financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis techniques.

Proficient in using various financial software tools (such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, planning skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management and stakeholders across the organization.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and integrity.
