Project Leadership Position Available

Drive impactful projects from tender to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are met. Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality results.

  • Plan and execute: Drive projects from tender award to final handover, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are met.
  • Lead teams: Manage internal crews, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
  • Technical control: Review and follow up on drawings, RFIs, site changes, and technical clarifications.
  • Safety and compliance: Prepare, update, and manage RA (Risk Assessment), SWP (Safe Work Procedures), and MOS (Method of Statement) in line with Singapore safety standards.
  • Site presence: Conduct regular site inspections to verify build quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.
  • Stakeholder liaison: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical and safety matters.
  • Track and report: Monitor progress, costs, and documentation for management reporting and audits.
Requirements

Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management required.

  • 5+ years' proven project management experience in construction, structural steel, or fabrication works.
  • Strong working knowledge of RA, SWP, MOS, and MOM/BCA safety regulations.
  • Ability to run multiple project timelines without losing detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
  • Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
