Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and control project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Develop and implement project strategies to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Lead and manage site foremen and teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Projects.
  • Experience with construction management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

The position is located at a designated location and requires a 5.5-day workweek.
