Job Title: Project Manager

The primary responsibility of a project manager involves overseeing the execution of construction projects in a timely, budget-friendly, and quality-driven manner.

This entails leading a team of professionals and technicians in daily operations, communicating effectively with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors, managing and overseeing subcontractors to ensure they meet schedule and quality standards, and regularly reviewing construction progress and conducting status meetings with all involved parties.

In order to excel in this role, one must possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working in the construction industry.

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by PEB or BCA is also required, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Experience working with DSTA is preferred but not necessary.

As a project manager, one will work closely with the project director to ensure the successful completion of projects. This role requires a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the completion of construction projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Lead a team of professional and technical staff for daily operations.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
  • Manage and oversee subcontractors to ensure they meet schedule and quality standards.
  • Regularly review construction progress and conduct status meetings with all involved parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by PEB or BCA.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
