In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily inspections, managing and resolving residents' requests and feedback, and preparing work requisitions and purchase orders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate daily inspections of OCH-managed spaces to ensure safety and security
- Manage and resolve residents' requests and feedback
- Prepare work requisitions and purchase orders
If you have more than 5 years of relevant working experience in residential management/services, customer service/relationship managements, or facilities/property manager, we encourage you to apply.
