Job Description

As a senior quantity estimator, you will be responsible for preparing tender submissions, quotations, and negotiations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

  • Tender Submissions: Prepare and submit accurate and timely tender submissions to secure contracts.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate with clients to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Estimations: Estimate costs and develop budgets for projects.
  • Progress Claims: Manage progress claims and ensure timely payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
