Job Opportunity: Programme Management SpecialistThis is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Programme Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the programme management function in existing academic programmes. This includes ensuring seamless delivery of programmes, analysing student data, and advising leadership on continuous programme improvement.Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective programme delivery, balancing the needs of students with academic integrity and university standards.
  • Analyse student data and feedback to inform programme improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and faculty to deliver exceptional student support and experiential learning initiatives.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a bachelor degree from a reputable institution and at least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing academic programmes.

Candidates should also possess high level written and oral communication skills, and be able to work effectively in cross-cultural settings.

IT savvy, Microsoft Office Applications knowledge is an added advantage.
