Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Administration Specialist to conceptualize and deliver virtual, blended, and classroom learning interventions.

This role involves developing comprehensive learning resources and materials, monitoring and evaluating the impact of these interventions, and working closely with subject matter experts to shape course content, curriculum, and learning outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to trainers and resource persons for the smooth delivery of programmes, partnering with public agencies to develop customized L&D interventions, and managing stakeholders, business processes, budget, and timelines.

This is a full spectrum programme administration role, encompassing logistics duties such as booking training rooms, preparing training materials, managing suppliers, registration, and ensuring timely payments.

The Programme Administration Specialist will also be responsible for managing finances and procurement matters related to the programmes, keeping accurate records, managing databases, complying with operational guidelines, and providing publicity of programme information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels
  • Work collaboratively within client partners
