Subscriptions Marketing Intern

About the opportunity
We are seeking an entrepreneurial APAC Marketing Intern who will be responsible for the subscription performance analysis of foodpanda's pandapro subscription programme and support analytics for APAC markets. She/he will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, pandapro APAC to evaluate and improve marketing campaigns to grow the pandapro across all APAC markets while also supporting analysis on productivity and profitability of users.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular analysis of pandapro subscription programme performance across APAC markets and benchmarking of the programmes by competitors to recommend innovative campaign ideas and improve product features
- Assist in producing performance reports by evaluating user behaviour and financial sustainability of the programmes, and providing regular updates to regional management and country leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns across APAC’s 9 markets to promote the pandapro program and increase engagement while driving more incremental uplift for the business
- Assist in monitoring the campaign calendar, live marketing assets, creating/revising creatives requests, and coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Configure pandapro perks set-up, handle CX issues, and partner markets on blockbuster campaigns to drive engagement and excitement
What you need to be successful
**Requirements**:
- Final year undergraduate or graduates currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field are welcome to apply
- Highly analytical and structured in terms of thinking & willingness to get your hands dirty with data
- Some proficiency in SQL to conduct simple queries
- Experience or knowledge about subscription programmes and growth hacking will be an advantage
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders well via excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adept at creating engaging presentations based on in-depth data analysis and strong commercial insights
- Highly creative, innovative and willing to disrupt the industry; interest in subscription model will be a plus
