**Job Description**:
You will be assisting the Workspace Marketing team on daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the marketing mailbox and keep track of daily incoming enquiries
- Assist to explore process improvement initiatives
- Improve database quality for direct marketing by updating the agent/prospect databases and EDM subscriptions through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and WhatsApp
- Assist in event organisation when required i.e. to provide logistics support for agent site tours and annual partner rewards event
- Other marketing/digital marketing support as and when needed

**Requirements**:

- Preferred studies in Business, Marketing, or any other related disciplines
- Passion for customer service
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is a must (advanced Excel knowledge in formulas / pivot table is an added advantage
